My homemade corner

Just thought of sharing with you all, some homemade food that I made. My recipes resources are from passed down from my mother in law (thanks mom for sharing! :)), recipes books and the world of internet.
My cooking method mostly stirfry style as I like the idea of pre-prepare ingredients and cook them together to make the yummy dish out of it.  Although sometimes, I love to buy premade sources to create the simplist dish ever. I know it might sound like lazy style but hey! when you have a two years old who runs around the house and pull out all the drawers, it would seems logical to do the lazy style. Anyway, I hope you have as much fun as I am cook for my family. Cheers xoxo!

Ham Veggie Egg Omelette

Ingredients:
(Ingredients listed below estimate only, I prefer to limit 3 vegetables in the omelette as too much will overpower the egg favour)
  • Eggs
  • Shreded Ham
  • Shreded Carrot
  • Shreded Snake Bean
  • Oil
  • Soy Sauce - Little
  • Pepper - Little
Cooking Method:
  • Mixed egg with soy sauce and pepper until bubble formed.
  • Heat up the wok and add oil, tossed in the shreded snake bean, carrot and ham.
  • Once the vegetables is cooked, spread the vegetables around the wok.
  • Pour in the egg mixed and swirl the egg mixed to the whole work, make sure egg mixed covered all vegetable.
  • You will notice the bottom of the omelette starting to form and turn the otherside.
  • Once both side is cook (meaning you'll notice a little brown mark on the omelette), you are ready to serve.

Hope you'll enjoy the dish! Cheerio.. xoxo
